Claire ORBELL

Claire Orbell holds a degree in agricultural engineering, specializing in tropical agronomy, and a PhD in management sciences from the University of Montpellier.

Aa a researcher at CIRAD (Centre for International Cooperation in Agricultural Research for Development) within the UMR INNOVATION, she works on issues relating to quality supply chains and voluntary sustainability standards for agricultural products.

Using a management science approach, she focuses on issues of collective action within these supply chains and their impacts on local areas, particularly in relation to regional certifications.
