Journalist at the Midi Libre group since 1998, and correspondent for the professional magazine Le Chef. In charge of lifestyle-themed supplements at Midi Libre after serving for eight years as editor of the regional magazine Midi Gourmand. Lecturer in journalism at Paul Valéry University Montpellier 3 after serving as a PAST lecturer (alongside Edwy Plenel) in the former Master’s program in Journalism Professions (M2) at University of Montpellier 1.
