Vonimihaingo RAMAROSON

Dr. Vonimihaingo Ramaroson is a food scientist at FOFIFA (National Center for Applied Research in Rural Development) in Madagascar and head of the Sensory Analysis Laboratory.
A specialist in food quality and organoleptic analysis, she is recognized as the first Malagasy scientist specializing in sensory food analysis. Her work focuses on evaluating the organoleptic and nutritional quality of food products, promoting the use of local resources, and assessing consumer acceptance of nutritious foods.
She is particularly interested in the links between food quality, eating habits, and the fight against malnutrition in Madagascar. Dr. Ramaroson also contributes to several national and international programs on sustainable food systems and improving the quality of local food products.
